The Association of Scottish Shellfish Growers (ASSG) is a trade association for producers of mussels, scallops and oysters in Scotland.

Scottish Salmon Producers' Organisation: www.scottishsalmon.co.uk

The Scottish Salmon Producers' Organisation (SSPO) is the trade association for the salmon farming industry, representing some 95% of the tonnage of Scottish salmon production.

Seafish Industry Authority: www.seafish.org

The Seafish Industry Authority (Seafish) works across all sectors of the UK seafood industry, including fishermen, processors, wholesalers, seafood farmers, fish friers, caterers, retailers and the import/ export trade.

Seafood Shetland represents the interests of 43 companies involved in all aspects of fish processing and shellfish growing in Shetland, including 95% of the islands' shellfish farmers.

Shetland Aquaculture represents the interests of farmers of cod, halibut, salmon and shellfish in the Shetland Isles. Membership also incorporates feed companies, hatcheries and sales companies.
